In this interactive workshop Paula will be exploring how resilience can be strengthened.

Exploring positive interventions and applications from positive psychology by sharing her journey across the arctic ocean in 1997.

What does resilience mean to you?

How can we strengthen our resilience through positive interventions?

How can resilience help our mental health?

A bit about our guest speaker:

Paula is a Mental Health First Aid Trainer for Business Leaders and Educators.  She is a mountain leader, with an education in social science and teaching. Paula has a passion for  personal development with specialist interest in the application of positive psychology to our health and well-being.  A member of the first all women team to reach the geographic north pole in 1997 and a Guinness world record holder.
