I’m Issy, and I’m a certified Solution Focused Coach, and a registered, and accredited clinical hypnotherapist, with a private practice in the centre of Bristol, UK, and online.
I support individuals, groups and organisations to start feeling better fast, using solution focused techniques and clinical hypnotherapy.
I am passionate about using the latest neuroscience and mindfulness techniques to support mental health and wellbeing. I have the privilege to work with amazing clients as they draw on their own strengths to manage anxiety and stress, and live happier lives.
I work with a range of clients, from all different walks of life, from professionals to children, struggling with challenges including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, phobias, low confidence and low self esteem, and in specialist areas of health psychology – disordered eating, food addiction and weight management; chronic pain management and pain anxiety.

My role is to support you in uncovering these tools, unblocking your creativity so that you can move forward in a way that best suits you.
